Expanded CMS Storage
Adds more room for standard website CMS growth without promising unlimited vendor storage.
Includes
- Designed for normal website content, blog content, service pages, products, and supporting CMS assets.
- Helps cover expanded CMS capacity for growing content libraries.
Good to know
- Does not include unlimited media libraries, client photo delivery galleries, Cloudflare R2 gallery storage, or vendor overage charges.
- High-volume storage, Sanity quota increases, or unusually heavy asset usage may require a custom quote.
Email Pro
Upgrades email sending capacity for newsletters, contact follow-ups, and platform email workflows.
Includes
- Includes up to 50,000 emails per month through the supported email provider plan.
- Supports higher-volume newsletters and platform email sending.
Good to know
- Additional email volume, deliverability consulting, list cleanup, and advanced newsletter strategy may require a separate quote.
- Clients are responsible for permission-based contact lists and compliant email usage.
Platform Cleanup
A one-time review and cleanup pass when your CMS is approaching document, asset, or content-organization limits.

- Content usage review and cleanup recommendations.
- Safe cleanup of obvious unused, duplicate, or outdated CMS records when possible.

- Cleanup depends on what can be safely archived, consolidated, or removed without damaging the website.
- Major migrations, custom scripts, or large media cleanup projects may require a separate quote.
New Page Build
Adds a new standard website page when your business needs a fresh service, location, landing, or informational page.
Includes
- One simple CMS-backed page using an existing page layout or section pattern.
- Basic page setup, light formatting, navigation linking when needed, and publish support.
Good to know
- More involved pages, landing pages, custom layouts, forms, copywriting, SEO research, ecommerce flows, or integrations may require a higher quote.
- Not included in Priority Website Management because new pages require planning, layout, QA, and publish coordination.
Priority Website Management
Gives active clients a managed content-update lane for routine website edits without needing to make every change themselves.
Includes
- Up to 5 simple content updates or 2 hours per month, whichever comes first.
- Text edits, image swaps, link/button updates, business hours, pricing text, FAQs, service descriptions, and simple CMS content updates.
Good to know
- Excludes new page builds, redesigns, custom features, app integrations, ecommerce setup, SEO strategy, blog writing, copywriting from scratch, emergency support, and large media or gallery uploads.
- Unused updates and unused time do not roll over. Extra work can be quoted separately or billed as an added support block.
